Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • You may request a return/refund within 15 calendar days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

2. Non‑returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Health and personal care items where hygiene is a concern
  • Clearance or promotional products labeled “Final Sale”

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 15 days via email (refunds@oxaanutramass.com).
  2. We’ll send a return shipping label or address.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping) within 7 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Refund applied to original payment method.
    If Refund is approved , amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and provide full refund or replacement.

5. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Place a new order for the replacement product and return the original.
Exchange will be done within 3 days.
Exchange product delivery will be done within 4-5 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days after we’ve processed it, check with your bank or payment provider. Still missing? Contact us with order details.
